Return Policy Example
At Pay Now Direct, we’re committed to customer satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right—with either a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Note for EBT cardholders: We do not issue refunds on gift cards.
Partial Refunds:
If your order is missing, including a damaged product, or you’re unsatisfied with a specific item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer one of the following:
- A replacement item with equal or higher value
- A refund for the affected product(s)
Full Refunds:
You may be eligible for a full refund if your order is canceled before it is:
- Picked up by you or a third-party carrier
- Shipped and in possession of the carrier
If we’re able to intercept the delivery before you receive it, we may be able to refund them minus any applicable return delivery charges. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
For situations such as lost items in transit or weather-affected deliveries, we will evaluate the issue and work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a full or partial refund.
Refund Processing Times
- EBT Cardholders: Refunds will be processed within 24 hours
- Credit/Debit Cardholders: Refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account
